For a brunch wedding …
Caroline suggests a “Bloody Mary bar with all the fixings: pickled veggies, different spirits (vodka, tequila, mezcal), veggie and bacon garnishes. For something simpler, you could do a mimosa/champagne bar, offering different juices to go with the sparkly.”

Cherish also suggests The Peach Pisco Sour:

3/4 oz. lemon
3/4 oz. Peach Honey
2 oz. Encanto Pisco

Dash orange bitters
Green olive, for garnish
